soldier69: what will remove a film from a non-vented gas fireplace on a mirror?
My non-vented gas fireplace acted up and put a grayish-white film on a mirror that was hung directly above the fire place. It looks like you are looking through a fog when you look at the mirror. I have tried almost everything in the house and garage to no avail. I know there is something out there that will cut that film. thanks for all your help in advance.

White Vinegar worked for us.

Clean the glass using a soft cloth and an approved, non-abrasive cleaner such as Kel Kem or White Off.
