You could try Gym Chat Sports Classifieds: https://www.gymchat.com/classifieds/ .
Or the Gym Chat Sports Listings directory for stores: https://www.gymchat.com/listings/

I think https://www.lovell-rugby.co.uk/ is a better online store though but it isn’t american. I live in malaysia and two of my mates bought about 5 boots among themselves from this site. Think it’s worth it, prices arent that bad either, cheers.
Answer by DisgruntledIf you’re looking for actual rugby boots, there are only a couple dozen US websites that sell them, and if you want them for $ 50.00 or less, you’re probably going to have to find ones on sale. Do some legwork and you’ll find a much better boot than if you just buy what you find on the first website you check.
First, check US-based websites that specialize in rugby gear, particularly their sale sections:
www.worldrugbyshop.com
www.rugbystore.com
www.ruggers.com
www.ballsout.com
www.rugbyimports.com
www.redrhinosports.com
www.steamrollerrugby.com
Also, if you do a google shopping search or check Amazon, you can sometimes find the odd pair of decent boots floating around, usually as an overstock or discontinued item.
In any case, you’ll have to dig a bit to find a size 13 lying around, on sale, anywhere.
Also, if you can be flexible about what you’re spending, your options will open up substantially; I believe that Adidas’ base boots (the Regulate low and Regulate mid) run in the $ 65-$ 75 range, so if you can spend another 20 bucks, you probably will have an easier time finding your boots quickly.
