personally i prescribe to the idea of ‘to each their own’. there is no point listening to classical if you are going to sit there and just think how much you hate this music. i personally listen to whatever (metal on occasion) i want but have it as a background noise so when you are working you are barely aware of it.
hahahhaa thi is funnayyy
anything rock, metal and of course PINK FLOYD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Answer by Brittany.
Classical music is supposed to stimulate brain cells, therefore helping you grow and learn.
However, it is best to study the way you test. For example, if you study buzzed on caffeine, you should drink a lot of caffeine before the test. Therefore, if you study listening to classical music it will benefit more if you test with classical. Sometimes that’s not an option, so be careful.
Also, regardless of the genre, music that makes you personally excited, distracted, sleepy, etc. it could affect your study ability.

You should listen to instrumentals only. Music with lyrics will change your focus from the words you’re reading to the one’s you’re listening. And it can be good for you to study with music because it ends up being a good sound bloquer. But if you have problems on keeping your focus, maybe you should pay attention to the snacks you eat while studding. Some food has properties that help you endure studding easily, like nuts, for example.
