Interview With The Vampire has a great soundtrack that goes perfect with the film.

For compilations, Juno. It was really cute, I thought it was an original score.
As for original scores, A Clockwork Orange is pretty perfect. They used synthesized versions of classical pieces do add the freakishness of it all.
