ellymae3895: What local government office should I contact to report unsanitary conditions in a motel?
My husband was driving a truck and had to stop overnight. The motel that was recommended to him (that had a place to park the truck) was apparently infested….best I can tell, with fleas. When he went to the office in the middle of the night, the night clerk informed him that he couldn’t do anything about it, and the last time he gave a customer their money back he got “cussed out”. He also acknowledged to having a “bug problem” in that room. Would I contac their local health department or some other entity?
