I am doing a paper and I have very little information about laws against the draft. Any laws in the constitution, amendments, bill of rights, or any where else? Please help. Thank you.

Hmm… there are no laws against the military draft in the United States. They would have contradicted the Constitutional clause awarding Congress authorization to “raise and support Armies.” (Article 1 Section 8 Clause 12 )

The closest things got was Rostker v Goldberg (453 U.S. 57 [1981]). The implication was that conscription was illegal because it did not include women.
