Geni_4rm_da_block: What kind of gifts do you take to a civil wedding ceremony?
My cousin is having a civil wedding ceremony tomorrow. I’m just not sure what kind of gift to take. I know that they’re planning to have a church wedding in the future, so I was only wondering if we take gifts to both weddings? Besides a gift card, what else can I get them. BTW, I don’ think they’ll be living together until after the church wedding.

I would give them a smaller gift for each wedding. Even if they are not living together after the first wedding, I’m sure they’ll be planning their new home together. If they don’t have much money, I would go with something practical like towels. We received a bottle of champagne and two champagne glasses, which we loved.
For the civil wedding I would get them a nice gift card if they haven’t already registered anywhere. But if they did get them something from there registery. And for the church wedding get them something else or another gift card. Good luck.Answer by Hgegw A
