: What kind of crime results in monthly visits from state officials to your home?
I live in an apartment complex and there is a friendly neighbor that lives in the next building over. Every month he is visited by a State of Georgia (where we live) Officers car, with 2 officers dressed in uniform (I the color was darker, maybe black) with guns in their holsters.
The maintenance man for our complex said that he committed a crime and that is why they visit him.
What kind of crime would he have done that would require state officials to come to him home every month?

being on probation can sometimes require a monthly visit for a probation officer, or department of children family services ,or parole
