Arby’s! Their beef n’ cheddar is great and lately I’ve been enjoying their Philly melt (whatever they call it). One time I ordered 5 regular roast beef sandwiches to save for later, and ate ALL 5 before I left the restaurant–couldn’t do that at any other fast-food place!

I like the idea that Carl’s Jr. brings your order to you.I usually get a chicken sandwich and toss the bread.
but my favorite place is Mimi’s and I order the oriental chicken salad.

I love Subway. I always get a veggie sub(lettuce, cucumbers,toamato,onion, black olives and green peppers) and usually get an oatmeal raisin cookie as part of the “meal deal”.

I really do not like them anymore .Belive it or not my kids are not crazy about them either ( ages 5-14 ) but if we are grabbing fast i’d rather have a Dairy Queen burger and o-rings than the leading stops .

I would answer Carl’s Jr. to both questions. The man who founded this, Carl Karcher, died about a month ago at age 90. Carl’s Jr is the first fast food restaurant that had a salad bar and the employees brought the food to the tables…

The first fast food restaurant in my area was McDonald’s, and hamburgers were 15 cents, and milkshakes were 45 cents…When Burger King finally came, it was my favorite…”Whoppers” were 39 cents, fries were 15 cents, and chocolate milkshakes were 45 cents….If you were lucky enough to have a dollar, you could get a “Whopper Meal” for $ 1.04, including tax….They also guaranteed that if you were not served in 60 seconds, it was free….Big changes have happened in the “fast food” industry also……

I love to build a salad at Subway , any 6 inch sandwich can be made into one, just leave out the bread.
