Haley-bug: What is the weight of an empty book vs a book filled with words?
Say you have two books, right? Book A is totally blank- just pages and a cover. Book B is filled with words or pictures (some form of ink markings).
There must be a difference in the weight of each book because one is filled with ink. But how much of a difference? I’m very interested to know!

You are correct. The weight difference is measurable…
Take a sheet of blank paper and carefully weigh it….
Then send it through a printer and – after it has dried (if necessary) – weigh it again…
Answer by Peter versus PanDavid D’s approach makes sense, but you are unlikely to have access to sufficiently accurate scales. Better compare the weight of a full and an empty ink cartridge, consider how many pages you printed with it and how much of an average page actually contained printed text. If your printer is anything like mine, a black cartridge would last you for about 1½ books, in which case the ink for 1 book would weigh 2/3 of the difference in weight between a full and an empty cartridge.
