Qantas, technically. However, you could still consider KLM to be the world’s largest airline if they never had a semi-merger with Air France. Because the two technically formed a new airline, KLM wouldn’t be the the oldest airline still in operation.

Hawaiian Airlines has been around since 1929.

Qantas since 1920.

KLM 1919 but as previously pointed out, has since merged.

I would have said Qantas Airlines but if KLM still operates flights under the name ‘KLM’ then it would be them.
