Matty Boy: What is the offense for someone verbally harassing a person over a sexual matter?
I have done my research and Sexual Assault can’t be verbal, and Sexual Harassment (which is a nation wide law, not by state) can only be against a company with 15 or more employees. So what would you call it if someone harasses you but about a sexual topic… I know this is probably a weird question but I can’t find the answer and I really need to know this!

Wrong. Sexual harassment is generally a workplace violation, not a crime.

Harassment in general can be a crime, depending on the nature of the harassment and whether it is communicated on the telephone, over the internet, or in person.
