The quickest way to scam someone on the street without violence is to get a thin normal sized hardback book, Three soda bottle tops, and a small foam ball.

Ask a friend to come with you to get the crowd hype.

Set yourself up on a corner or in the middle of a block and play three card monte with soda tops.

I see people getting fooled all the time. If you can master it you can scam a lot of people.

The only thing is that it is illegal so you have to keep moving and disbursed the crowd if it gets to big. Also you need at least two big friends in case a nut job get mad because he lost his money and starts acting like a fool.
