What is the easiest way of selling / getting rid of things that I no longer need that I have in my house? I don’t have a Goodwill or the like near me to drop it off and want to possibly make some money from selling them.

On the top pf the list would be eBay.com. It has an established following that it will not be difficult for you and your products to be seen by the most numbers of potential customers. You can set a delivery option/ cost and it will not demand you to drop off your item. Aside from eBay, there are other online auction sites gaining popularity –
