What is the different between the Bible and the New testament?

Warren the friendless: What is the different between the Bible and the New testament?
Are they just both different books or is the bible just like a bigger version of it?

My dad had the bible and the new testament, I read the bible but not the NT, not sure if its worth my time reading it

the bible is comprised of two books. the old testament is the record of the jews. the new testament is the second half of the bible and talks about the ministry of Jesus and his apostles.

The Bible includes both the New Testament and the Old Testament. So the NT is a part of the Bible.

The Jews had a collection of books that they believe are the inspired word of God. Christians refer to these books as “the old testament”. Those books written by the disciples and apostles of Jesus Christ wrote a number of books (some of them were written as letters). We refer to these as the “New Testament”. The Old Testament and the New Testament are collectively referred to as “The Bible”. There are more books in the old testament, but essentially the NT is only half of the books that are the foundation of Christianity.

The New Testament is only the part of the Bible. So if you have read the Bible then you must have read either the New Testament or the Old testament. But if you have not read it then, believe my, it is worth your time!

The New Testament is part of the Bible. The Bible is divided into two major sections, the Old Testament and the New Testament. The Old Testament contains the books from Genesis – Malachi while the New Testament contains the books from Matthew – Revelation.

The Torah which describes the conditions of the Old Covenant, is from Genesis to Malachi. the Old Covenant is dead and has been done away with. The New Covenant is what Christians Live on now, This Covenant was sealed with the Blood of Yahushuwah ha Moshiach. It reads from, Matthew to Revelation.

First of all the old and new testament make up the entire Bible not something separate.The New testament simply fulfill what the old testament said or prophesied. Read 2 Timothy Chapter 3 verse 16.

actually the Bible is made up of 66 books broke into two parts the old and the new Testaments. I think it would be well worth your time to read it. May God bless you
