Golf is standard hatchback…..1.6 litre engine up to 2 litres. Next is the Golf GTI which is the uprated Golf,in easier terms a sportier Golf………and the R32 is again an even more uprated car with 3.2 liter engine, different car altogether…..very very quick and good track car…..

The R32 is a 3.2 engine, 4 wheel drive, bigger breaks, uprated suspension amongst other things. You won’t find it on the VW website because they don’t make them any more. It has been replaced with the Golf R, which has a 2.0 turbo engine, producing 270bhp.
