D.C.born: What is the best university to go to for a masters in civil engineering?

Also is Maryland University good for graduate school?

Im in a class that helps me pick out what i want to be and what colleges to pick. We had a presenter from UTA ( university of Texas at Arlington) and she told us that they have one of the best engineering courses.
