When I was 10 I got a pet, that I loved so much. It was the gift that mattered most to me.

Material gifts? Probably my laptop.

But the one that takes the cake I’d have to say volunteering at a food kitchen through December. Had a 5-year old kid come in once with his mom. The way he smiled when he got warm food was just awesome. Best present I ever got – knowing I made a little kid happy for a day.

The best gift I ever received was learning all about Christmas, it’s origin & meaning!

I always wanted to learn why I was doing the things I was doing. Christmas is supposed to be about God and his Son Jesus. So I wanted to know how all this stuff is looked at by God.

That’s hard, there have been so many presents I’ve loved…

Someone I love very dearly wasn’t able to be with me last year, and won’t be able to again this year. Last year she made me this little doll, about three inches high, that looked like her. Some people think it’s silly, but it’s the most precious gift I’ve ever gotten. It reminds me that no matter how far apart we are, a part of her will always be with me.
What I want this year? Her to fully, physically, be here with me.
