What is the best bleach to use to make your hair blonde? I used the frost and glow stuff and it was harsh on my hair and made my hair thin out and break at the ends of my hair.

google manic panic or special effects…they have a bleach dye kit and outrageous hair colors =D I have brwn hair too and What I did was dye it black and did peek-a-boo highlights and the highlights I dyed atomic pink and alternated with cotton candy pink…ENJOY!

Oye. Good luck not frying your hair. But I used the Loreal blue bleach from Sallys.
