As we know, communication within an organization is the key element to success and achievement. A leader is an individual who should consider communication to be the most important aspect in their relationship within the organization. An employee and their leader need a high communication percentage in order to maintain success and achieve specific goals within the organization.
If the low guy on the totem pole is listened to and he has a great idea. the organization will flourish.
If the management pays crud, and does not give bathroom breaks and does not listen to the workers, the organization will fail.
Basically it means the communication between the two parties are important. If the workers complain and get to go to the bathroom, they might stay and help out. If the brilliant guy is not listened to and the boss thinks it is his way or the highway, innovation will not occur and the competition will take over eventually.
The politics are how the two parties treat each other, democratic or autocratic.
