I am thinking choosing a stock for a carreer but so far i think NASDAQ is the best one. I need to find out what makes makes NASTAQ good

it is an electronic exchange….a place to buy and sell stocks…………
The brokerage houses and banks offer more opportunities if you want to be in the market for a career…………..LOTS OF SCHOOL HELPS…………….several guys I know(HS Grades) are making 120 per year after 10 years………….If they had masters, they would have done it in three years…..they worked for me………

I think you need to research it a lot more. What do you mean by choosing it for a career? I buy stocks to make money, but this is in addition to my career. NASDAQ is just a stock exchange. It’s also a number that represents how wells the stocks on that exchange are doing.

nasdaq is a stock market. you can make a career by doing stock trading — buying and selling stocks. NASDAQ is one of the top stock exchanges in the world

NASDAQ (acronym for National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations system).

It’s just like the Dow Jones Industry but it’s mostly tech heavy such as Intel, Cisco, Oracle, Starbuck, and Microsoft. Many of the ticker symbols in NASDAQ are 4 letters; Intel (INTC) Microsoft (MSFT)

If you are interested in NASDAQ as a whole, you can purchase their index fund QQQQ.

For a career in stock trading, brokers deal with not only NASDAQ, but with Dow Jones, and AMEX. You have to have the know how and finance as well. If your are interested that career, talk to someone in a brokerage firm and hopefully someone can help you.
