It’s any time you make out with someone you’re not dating. Whether it’s on a first date, making out with a guy you’re dancing with, or making out with a girl for attention. Kissing on a date really isn’t a big deal, as king as the guy tries for it I’ll make out with him and it doesn’t necessarily mean I like him.
