p.: What is a suitable gift for a baby shower, for a mother that recently gifted you a gift card of great value?
We’re both expecting and she recently gave me a way too generous gift. I didn’t expect a gift, nor was I originally planning on purchasing one for her. How would you determine what is suitable to give them as a gift.

you can’t go wrong with a baby car seat, if she doesn’t have one already.
if you know the sex, try a combination of things and create a baby basket— clothes, to toys, to bottles, etc.

DON’T give her a gift card. That would be like your not accepting a gift from her.Give her something like a vase, flowers, and even a card says lot’s of things.

I think a keepsake like a small limited edition plate which won’t get used and can be handed down as an investment as the child grows up. Add a personalised greetings card inside that you get online from somewhere like funkypigeon greetings cards, this way everything is a keepsake and it’s dated
