What is a sport specific exercise for walking?
I am in an online PE class and I could really use some help. We have to come up with a sport specific warm up for a sport. well, i got the sport of walking. what are some sport specific activities for walking.
an example of sport specific is practicing your swings before a tennis game bt i cant think of one for walking.

Just walk – fast.
Don’t wash your feet the same day as you’re racing.- blisters will be waiting to happen. Some people used to soak their feet in vinegar.to harden them
Get the right shoes
You’ll find pushing off with ALL your toes will be better than just your inboard toes. In other words, you’ll be slightly pigeon toed (feet turned in)
I know that this is not what you’re hoping for – but I did it as a sport back in the 1950s. We all ended up with very fluid hip movements! Sexy in a girl – but not in a fella!
