Stumpy: What have the IRB done to help developing rugby nations over the past 5 years?
What improvments have they made to make rugby a global sport, for example, new tournaments to give teams more international rugby like the Churchill cup, or more professional players being released due to alterations of regulation 9. Article links will be what gets the 10 points 🙂

rapid growth amongst youth teams. The Old Red Eye rugby club hosted a touring side from South London recently. The U-19 UK side demolished our local Americans, but our team was made up of players from 100 miles south of us and 75 miles north of us. We had over 50 American and English kids together on a Thursday evening (school night).
As you pointed out there is the Churchill Cup. Also in Asia there is the Asian Five Nations, like the Churchill Cup it is televised. South Pacific rugby is also televised providing funds and exposure. Rugby in South America is coming on with many countries there playing including Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Peru, Venezuela.
