If a stock is delisted from NASDAQ, they usually just trade over the counter (OTC) as thousands of other stocks do.
No you won’t receive a certificate, the stock is has some value, there’s just not a regulated market for it, but there a market for it could continue OTC.
Dealing with Sharebuilders is a whole other problem, you should give careful consideration of dealing with a regular broker/dealer.
Answer by FrankSharebuilder should send you the certificates of stock they are holding and will no longer sell. Usually stocks sold over the counter can still be bought and sold through brokers like Sharebuilder as long as you know the ticker symbol.
