I have dark ocean blue eyes and fair skin. I love experimenting with different shades of hair dyes for every season. My hair is naturally a dirty dish-water blonde but I dyed it a darkish redish brown a few weeks ago. Are there any really cute hair colors that I could dye my hair that would look great with dark ocean blue eyes and fair skin? Please give me a list to choose from. Thanks!

my friend has blue eyes kinda like urs and her hair is naturally a light brown color which looks really pretty. but if u want your eyes to stand out go with black hair.

if you are pale blonde
If you have a complexion to pull of black do black!
If not black or blonde do a dark brunette!
