Right now i play the electric bass but I want to learn normal guitar. What guitar will be the easiest to learn on but not cost alot of money.

six string, lol sorry had to do that one too, I would go pawn shop shopping and find one cheap an go for it.

if you’ve been playing bass, your hands should be ready for guitar. I’d say get yourself a base model electric with at least one humbucker, and an amp with a 10-inch speaker or bigger. If you’re playing bass, you don’t have to worry so much about training strength or pain-handling into your fingers, so an acoustic isn’t really necessary.
Depending on your tastes and style, I’d get the lowest-quality guitar from a big company, like an Epiphone Les Paul Junior. The shoddiest thing about them are the electronics, which can be changed out quickly. The really important thing is to get either a big-speaker amp, or an amp modeler like a POD or such. It’s disappointing to play an electric and not be able to get the sound you like.
