What foods could my brother eat whilst having an abscess in his gum?

Ross: What foods could my brother eat whilst having an abscess in his gum?
My little brother aged 15 has an abscess in his gum and is finding it extremely pain-full to chew his food. Does anybody no any recommendations to what foods he could eat? also any ways to soothe the pain? maybe natural remedies or legal medication.

First he needs to go to dentist..second he can eat few bread slice soaked in milk because milk will make it really soft.milk itself is a complete food.second he can have jello kind of food..cooked fruits that comes in pack of cups,hot oat meal is also good idea.good luck.

Soup of a non-hot, non-cold (just right) tempertaure should be fine until he sees his dentist.
