You don’t need to have a specific education- retail experience will help greatly though..

None. They will hire anyone.

You don’t need any education. They train you. Sales/retail experience would be helpful though. But I wouldn’t recommend working there unless you don’t mind working weekends and constantly working until 9:30 or 10pm. Also be prepared for some strict sales quotas.
