i guess…comfort would be quite important…coz they would be tired after plane trips or whateva…
and there’s a need for access to internet…either wireless or cable…

most importantly: early and late check in and check out, and discretion.

Some services that are also useful:
– WIFI Internet access
– courier services
– print and fax services
– a decent desk/table in the room
– room service that is able to serve snacks in the middle of the night.
– Believe it or not: adult movies and the possibility to pay for them on a separate bill.
