Does your brother have a doctor’s statement confirming that he cannot complete the course?
With a doctors note he will be able to sit out of participation in things that involve his wrist. As a physical alternative he could run laps around the gym or track which he should be able to do.Answer by secondson2002
I’m not up on Texas education laws and rules but, it would only seem reasonable that he would only have to show up to each class and be under medical release from activities. However; commonsense maybe hard to come by in Texas law.
