What does “Making Love” mean to you?

Sometimes I see when people say, “Make love to me”? I am just wondering what exactly does that mean? Is it different then just saying, “Lets f*ck”? and Does oral sex have anything to do with it?

to me it could just mean holding hands knowing how bad i am with people lol

I think it means slow sweet and passionate sex and saying i love you during it.
