LinkedIn is a professional social network. It’s a great way to get connections and network with people in your field of study or work, which is the main reason why I use it in college now. It’s not for snobs…it’s for people who want a professional network of friends and connections. It’s not designed to replace or compete with any other social network like Facebook or Twitter.
