M: What country song had actual letters about soldiers families read during the song?
Heard a song on the radio a year or two ago that had actual letters from the families of soldiers in Iraq read during the song like a chorus or something…can’t seem to find it now, maybe it was just a radio station exclusive?

It might have been a mixed edition of Lonestar’s “I’m Already There”. I have heard a couple versions of it including a local version on my local radio station.
Here are a couple I researched and found. From it, I also saw tribute songs by Nickelback and TIm McGraw. Good luck.
Answer by StephanieI believe you want “Letters from Home” by John Micheal Montgomery.

Answer by Will KleesIt is track #17 from the album “From Here To There: Greatest Hits” released in 2003. The original version is track #7 (title track) from the album “I’m Already There” by Lonestar, released in 2001. The original recording of the song did not include the voice clips however.
