What color shoes should I wear with my white wedding dress?

My wedding dress is pure white, cotton lace and short. It sits right below the knee so my shoes will definitely show. My rings are platinum and I will have other silver accessories. I tried on white and silver shoes but they look like they compete with the dress. I think a champagne color might work since it’s skin color and non obtrusive but I’m not sure if it will clash with the silver. Any suggestions?

well i wore white shoes with diamonds because i had diamond accessories so maybe for you white shoes with silver studs on them or something like that. i don’t think the champagne would go together from what i can picture in my head. as long as you have the right kind of white shade for your shoes i don’t think they ll compete.

From this guys totally strait view, I say go with a really light icy blue, even a light cotton candy pink or if your young enough you could go with a clear shoe with jewels

What my sister did last spring was coordinate her shoes with the colors of her wedding flowers. She had yellow and turquoise flowers and got her shoes dyed the same shade of turquoise.

It ended up being really beautiful because she matched her makeup with the colors also and that made the pictures pop.

I would say champagne or maybe light cream but dont go too far away from the dress ,try and still match it as much as u can.
If u get stuck have a browse through some of the designer shoes here at this site , they have Jimmy Choo and lots of other great designer shoes and u might see something that jumps out at you !
