: What college is best in studying for theatre arts?
Well I want to study either human behavior or acting or theater arts. What college do you think is best? Also It has to be in Canada or Ottawa, somewhere very close buy. Also if you want, you can tell me about other colleges but can you also help me find or tell me how to get one of those plans for college, like paying the gov’t back after college?

And for OSAP – Ontario Student Assistance Program – you would need to apply after you’ve applied to the specific college/university. The financial aid office of said college/university will give you further instructions on how to apply for a student loan.
