What bike bag is the best to use for holding large batteries?

Student: What bike bag is the best to use for holding large batteries?
Will a eva foam bag melt if i put batteries in there. My bike has an electric kit and i need to fit my nihm batteries in a durable bag. Im looking for quick release buckles for easy attaching. Also my batteries get really hot after 30 minutes. Thanks

You don’t want to put your Nimh Battery in an eva foam bag. They will get hotter. Heat shortens the life of these batteries.

Any bag that will let the air circulate (and not melt),would be good. An aluminium box would be better it acts like a heat sink.( if the batteries are in good thermal contact)

If your batteries are getting really hot you might want to consider backing off on the throttle.
