Golcrest: What are the uniquse selling points in the business of United Parcel Services?
In 7 days I have a one day asssessment review for a sales vacancy. I have to give 15 minute Powerpoint presentation on the unique selling points for UPS and how they can be improved. Can any one gibe any guidance on this? Help!

UPS gives worldwide, secure, prompt SERVICE, with a smile. From a one horse town to a metropolis, they deliver. I wish they could negotiate a contract with Mexico.
