They have developed computer bots that are loaded into the accounts of unsuspecting Internet users, mine the accounts for financial information, and then use credit card info to place false orders for cheap Made in China products or services that are never delivered. It’s hardly noticeable to the majority of victims, as the dollar value of the billings per victim are kept quite low.

Mary Kay Cosmetics, Amway, and several other American companies were kicked out of China by the authorities. American criminals disguised as corporations are prohibited from entering China.
