I really like romance books for teenagers, but I don’t know any good ones. I read books like Twilight, Blood and Chocolate, 13 Reasons and more. What books are good for me? Also, are there books similar to Harry Potter?

Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr.
Percy Jackson series is kind of like HP, I guess. I liked it better.
The Fever series by Karen Marie Moning is for adults, but I’m a teen and I liked it.
The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare is awesome.

…..i really really really loved the book the hunger games by susan collins there are three of them and they were just really amazing i couldn’t put them down i finished them all in 3 days so i lable those as a must ready!!!!! the series goes1) the hunger games 2) catching fire 3)mockingjay! i don’t care if you don’t like the summary the books amazing.
for vampire books( i read a lot of them) :

Amaretto Flame is the first in the Eagleton Coven series, and it's a romance for teens. They're witches, too…and it's a really good romance. GREAT BOOK! It's on Amazon Kindle and Smashwords.com

Hush Hush and Crescendo are really good books, and there's romance in there too.
