Ace: What are some good exercises for gymnastics?
I’m taking a gymnastics class and strength is holding me back. What are some things I can do to improve? I need things that I can do at home or in a normal gym since I only have access to the area where we practice gymnastics 2 hours a week.

i think sit ups and jogging place are the best to keep you in track. 😀
probably push-ups, pull-ups, and crunches. most likely, that would work best since u can do those things pretty much anywhere, except for the pull-ups. (: hope i helped!!
