Scotty J: What are some good excercises to build speed and agility for rugby?
I play varsity rugby so I do a lot of strength and endurance training. I’ve had a lot of injuries over the past few years that have really slowed me down, both north/south and laterally.

i would say any selfdefense is most of the time the best way. ur using not just part of ur body, and definitly trains ur reaction/reflexes..
start with tai-chi.
it will help getting ur “health” back and will give u some basic “feeling/knowledge” for martial-arts.
