some coverage drills against some of your friends that may actually know how to play. Run the 40 using a stopwatch on a real field (like your school’s). Have a friend toss random floater throws all over and see how fast you can get to them. Do some tackling drills if you’re gonna play Safety, you have to be able to hit.
I play safety and you should first just try running (run not jog or walk) up steep hills also you should just go to the gym and work out every part of your body arms, thighs, legs and stomach. Also get someone to throw a football and make you go Chase after it and try to Catch it. You should have someone run routs and see how you do covering them. do shuffles up downs and more. HOPE YOU BECOME THE NEXT TROY POLOMOLO.!!!!!!!!!!!!
