What are some creative or glamorous careers and what degree should I major in to achieve it?

cindia35: What are some creative or glamorous careers and what degree should I major in to achieve it?
I’m currently a sophomore majoring in Sociology, but I’m finding out that 1)the careers behind this is not that interesting and also that 2) Sociology majors don’t really have any specific careers to go into and that no employer would take that degree seriously. Please help, junior year is fast approaching, and not knowing which path to go into is worrisome. Thanks!

It depends on what you consider creative & glamorous. There’s a lot of prestige in being a doctor or a lawyer. Certain people like Rachel McAdams and Meryl Streep majored in Theatre and wound up famous and well paid actors. You really just need to look into what would work best for you.
