dills122: What are good programming languages to learn before attending college for computer Science?
I am a high school student at the moment and i was wondering what are good programming languages to learn before you start to attend college? I am already starting to learn java and i am not sure which languages are being used the most in the present times.

Most languages will be taught to you in college. But if you wanna get a leg up on the competition, Visual Basic isn’t a bad place to start. I found the other programming languages to be a bit daunting, but Visual Basic is a good place to start for a beginner.
