mypaintings1212: What airline has offered you the best overall experience?
Please answer only for COACH.
Is is VERY VERY easy for an airline to offer a great experience in first class when you’re paying over $ 5,000 for a ticket. For that money they should send a flight attendant to my home to be my maid for the next 6 months after the flight is over!
So, COACH only- who had the best food, decor, service, extras etc.
I will actually take the advice of the person who offers the best answer.

Were are you flying?
My best overall experience was on Singapore Airlines but unless you are flying in the Far East you are kind of out of luck.
In North America my best experience has been with Air Canada but again unless you are flying in or out of Canada you will not be using them.
Realize that coach air travel is very minimal in terms of service. So much so you should not rely upon them for anything. Some charge you for even a bottle of water or a soda, some are free. So plan to take care of yourself. Bring on your own headphones (if they have entertainment on board), bring your own water (bring an empty water bottle through security and fill it from a drinking fountain), bring some food to eat and a pillow if you need one. All of these thing you may be charged for. Good luck and enjoy your flight.

For all, i pick Emirates. It offers very good experiance even if you are flying economy class! though the food was incredible in quality it wasn’t so much as good in quantity (but then again, i was only flying economy)Answer by Mike R
If flying domestically within the United States, then Continental Airlines is the best. Even in economy class, they offer free meals on longer flights (not that the meals are wonderful – but at least they’re still free!) They are the only US airline to do that. Their flight attendants and all of their other staff are extremely friendly and actually seem happy to have passengers flying with them. Their planes are newer and cleaner, and overall they’re more pleasant than any other US airline I’ve flown (which is literally all of them with the one exception of Alaska Airlines).
Internationally, there are a couple of “best” airlines, and Continental is still high on the list of service for international flights. KLM is also exceptional, and Singapore Airlines and Japan Air Lines are good too. Again – good service, friendly, good food, and reliable. Lufthansa and Air New Zealand are close seconds to the above airlines too.
The only airline I would NEVER fly again, out of the dozens I have flown before (domestic and international), is United Airlines

Ok, I have asked this question many time, and know, I will answer it for you.
So, it really depends on your route. So I will give you routes for all destinations:
If you are flying to Australia:
– Do fly with Qantas Airlines, the national carrier of Australia, is a great airline, with great service, and great seats, even in coach. They have a pretty clean safety record too.
– Do not fly with United Airlines, which has service to Sydney, as it is an atrocious airline. You are likely to experience many problems with this airline. Delta is also ready to begin service to Sydney. I would not recommend this as it is their first time flying to Australia, and because of everything I mentioned above with United.
If you are flying to Europe:
England: I definitely recommend either British Airways or Virgin Atlantic. In terms of popularity, service, and what they offer, they are equal, in a very high manner and prospective.
England: I do not recommend any of the American airlines such as American Airlines, United Airlines, Continental Airlines, or Delta Air Lines. In my opinion, they can not compete at a 50% level with British Airways and Virgin Atlantic.
France: I recommend Air France, because they have unique food, delightful service, and large, spacious aircraft. They have a clean safety record, and you will have a journey to remember.
France: I do not recommend American Airlines as you get a smaller aircraft, with less service, and no PTV’s. The flight is rather boring, and the food is not as calming. The smaller planes also tend to be more turbulent.
Germany: Lufthansa is one of the largest airline companies in the world, and one of the safest. I highly recommend this, as they have great service, and large aircraft.
Germany: No American carriers, as I mentioned in England. Smaller, not as good service, and, literally, atrocious
Any Other European destination: Is recommended with the nation carrier of that country. (i.e You fly to Austria, take Austrian Airways, Italy, Alitalia, etc.) They have more to offer that the American Airliners you will chose to be flying with.
Africa:
South Africa: Well, to be honest, the only airline that fly’s from the US to South Africa is South African Airways (SAA). SAA is a very good airline as a matter of fact with a clean safety record, which is very enjoyable, and comfortable.
Egypt, Kenya, and Morocco: I once again say that you should fly with the national carrier, as they have more offerings. Egypt Air, Kenya Airways, and Royal Air Moroc, are smaller companies, which to me, are more trustworthy, and overall better. Avoid American Carriers, although, sometimes they are your only option.
Other African Destinations: To get to any other place, you must have a connection. So, the airlines will vary, this is when you might want to go with American, British, German, etc. carriers, as they are safer than the smaller, poor, and unsafe African carriers. Stick with the bigger in terms of the smaller countries. Sounds weird eh?
Asia:
China, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Russia, Thailand: Stick with the national carriers, as I said above. In order those would be, China Air, Singapore Airlines, JAL, Malaysia Airlines, Aeroflot, Thai Air.
Other Destinations: Once again offer connections, but this time, try to go with the national carriers, and even budget airlines, as they seem to be a little more “into it” for your service and protection.
South America:
Every Country Except Brazil and Argentina: About 75% of these countries offer connections. For the ones that do, the airlines does not actually matter, because most have a similar record and service. But for the ones with no connection, I would stick with the American carriers, as they are more experienced and trustworthy to get you to you destination.
Argentina: Fly American Airlines. They offer great aircraft, and very likely, better service than Aerolineas Argentinas.
Brazil: DO NOT FLY TAM! I am not scared of flying, but this airline has a terrible safety record. Over 70 crashes. That is why, regardless of the circumstances, I would fly American Airlines, or any other American, South American carrier.
North America
Canada: Air Canada offers more than typical American carriers, so it is highly recommended you fly with Air Canada.
Domestic America: It honestly doesn’t matter. All the airlines are crap and make you pay for things you should not have. So make a choice, lol. But seriously, choose the airline with the bigger aircraft, to be they are better and safer.
Mexico: Once again, doesn’t matter, Mexican air carriers are just as cheap as the American. So, same advice follows.
Pacific/ Oceana:
Tahiti: This is actually probably the only place in the Pacific Islands that you can fly to from America. I would choose Air Tahiti Nui, as they class, service, and respect is great, Even when you go on board, they offer Tahitian flowers. The aircraft
