go to the health store and ask the owner for vegan foods that can easily prepared in the microwave.i think they have microwave mashed potatoes
Veggie Lasagna!
You can buy that from Wal-Mart/Johnson’s and pop it in the microwave for about 10-15 minutes then let cool for about 5 min. or so.
Baked Potato!
Wash a potato to remove any dirt or ‘sprouts’ and while still damp put in a ziploc bag. Zip the bag but leave part of it unzipped so it can steam. Put in microwave for about 4 minutes if a small potato (6 if medium or 2 small ones, 8 if large or 4-5 small ones). Take out of microwave and close it completely to let the steam inside finish cooking for 1-5 minutes and serve.
Noodles/Rice!
Get a pack of noodles and crush them well, but not into a powder! Take the packet of season out and dump noodles into bowl and pour water until the noodles are submerged (like you’d do with cereal), pop into microwave for 1 min. and 45 sec. Stir it to make sure all of it gets a turn in the water and put in for 1 min. and 30 sec. Add seasoning and a small pat of butter and mix well (Optional: add salt to taste or small peas/carrots/water chesnuts). Do the same with rice, just no crushing or seasoning to add and another 30 seconds just to make sure it’s cooked thoroughly. Add butter and salt/pepper to taste.
Taco Popcorn!
Get a pack of taco seasoning and pop some popcorn. Open bag and sprinkle a little of the seasoning into it for a delicious snack!
If worse comes to worse and your microwave skills go bad (which I doubt 😀 ) there’s about 8 or 9 different types of vegan/vegetarian meals in the frozen food section of Wal-Mart -where I live, just about everybody is a meat lover sadly- and ice creams, peanuts/nuts, and fruits/veggies you can buy ^^

Answer by Shobha IyengarIf you’ve got a food processor, this sugar-free vegan macaroon recipe takes just a few minutes to make, since it only has three ingredients. See also: More Sugar-free Cookie Recipes
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
8 medium sized dates
1 banana
1 1/2 cups coconut flakes
Preparation:
Remove the pits from dates.
Place ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth.
Depending on the size of the dates and the ripeness of the bananas, you may need to add more or less coconut to get the right consistency. Mixture should be moist, but not gooey.
Bake at 325 degrees 10-15 minutes, until done. Cookies will be soft, but should cook enough to have a golden brown bottom and hold togther well.
Note: Dates do contain a fair amount of natural sugar, but this recipe contains no refined or white sugar. Also, to be truly sugar-free, make sure the coconut flakes you are using do not have any added sugar. You may need to shop for sugar-free coconut flakes at a natural foods store.

Okay, so this is hardly a recipe, but this bean dip combination is just so yummy I have to share it with you. I call it “30 second” not because that’s how long it takes to make, but because that’s how long it will last – it’s that good! Tofutti brand cream cheese is a vegan cream cheese substitute that is fairly easy to find in most health foods stores and well stocked grocers.
Prep Time: 1 minute
Total Time: 1 minute
Ingredients:
1 can vegetarian chili (Try Amy’s or Hormel brand vegetarian chili)
1 container Tofutti cream cheese
Preparation:
Open can. Open cream cheese. Combine well. Serve with chips. It couldn’t be simpler and it couldn’t be tastier.
Answer by MikeTake 3 cups of water. Boil it. Add one cup of rice. Simmer until the water is gone. This is how 3/4 of the world eats every day.Answer by sasapig27
actually you can prepare pasta..separate the gravy and the pasta. When you want to eat it, heat up the gravy and pour over the pasta:D
