I live in a country that moneybookers doesn’t accept users from there. I have a relative that lives in another country. Can I use of his address and phone number for registering in moneybookers? Do they monitor my IP? Can I use of my name? What problems may happened for my relative?
Sorry if my question is long.
I means that will moneybookers ban my account because of logging in with a restricted country IP?

Anyways, your phrase ‘restricted countries’ pretty much implies that you live in a Communist or Muslim country (probably Muslim). In either case, yes, the government WILL be able to see your activity on a Western site and that could have some rather dire consequences for you, i.e. decades in jail or even execution. I can’t see any consequences for your friend – but then again, you really shouldn’t make that assumption. You are essentially thinking about asking your friend to put his/her a$ $ ‘on the line’ so that YOU can get what you want. I think that you should move to another ‘unrestricted’ country if that is possible. Either that or continue to kowtow to your political or religious leaders and don’t ‘rock the boat’.
