i THINK train A
train a travels for 5 hours – arriving at 1pm
train b travel for 4 hours and 6 minutes – arriving at around 4pm
This is just a guess tho, hope it helps
Answer by Hollie_marieTrain A:
200/4 = 5
8AM + 5 = 1PM
Train B:
250/60 = 4.16…
12PM + 4.16… = 4.16PM
So Train A will arrive there first!
Answer by jimbobTrain A
200miles/40miles per hour =5 hours
Train B
250miles/60miles per hour = 4.16hours
Train A will arrive at 8 AM plus 5 hours or 1PM
Train B will arrive at 12PM plus 4.16 hours or 4:10 PM
Train A will arrive first. 3 hours and 10 minutes ahead of train B.
Direction makes no difference
Train A? 1pm.
B at 4:10 pm.
I guess… But I had maths long time ago.
